About
Ten years in product design, mostly on money and connectivity.
I’m Hamid. I lead design on products that have to survive real constraints: KYC, carriers, shop stock, ATS parsers. That usually means research, flows, UI, and a Figma system the engineers will actually use. I don’t hand over a pile of unrelated screens.
Recent work: CMP at Devotel; Faraswap, which I spun out while at Tehran Payment; Hireflo, which I built from zero and still run. Also at Devotel: eSIMora. Earlier: BringBoo in Hamburg, plus shorter roles at Aron Broker, Cato Analytics, and Bit Foundation.
I care more about whether someone can finish the task than whether the file looks clever. If a convert, an eSIM install, or a first grocery order fails, the UI was wrong, no matter how it looked in critique.

Open to a product design role, and to projects — remote or hybrid, Tehran. If you have a project, write and we can talk it through.
