Why I built it
This is not client work. I wanted a resume tool that does not invent a career. The tools people were using here either stuffed keywords until the PDF was unreadable, or wrote experience the person could not defend on a call. ATS cares about structure. Interviewers care if the dates are real. Persian and English are two layouts, not a translate button.
How I shipped it
I designed and built Hireflo myself: positioning, IA, builder, upload, the job-ad flow, plans, and the public site. I used AI as a build tool so a solo founder could actually ship. The product is not a chat window. If you are applying this week you need the next field, not a blank prompt. I still run it.
What the AI is allowed to do
- Create, edit, and PDF stay free. Tailor-to-posting, JD analysis, and cover letter spend credits. Five gift credits after phone verify, so you try it on a real ad before a card.
- Path: build or upload → paste or link the posting → accept or reject each suggestion → export. Without a job ad, “optimize” is rewriting for the sake of it.
- Every suggestion is labeled (verb, number, keyword from that ad) and reversible. The model is not allowed to invent a role.
- Eight templates because Iranian companies and bilingual exports do not share one layout.

Too much builder, too soon
I should have launched with one resume, one job, one export, and added sections later. A few people never finished because the editor looked like a product, not like tonight’s application.
